SPATIAL CONTINUITY Interior doors in white lacquered DM wood, smooth, or with decoration and with a stainless steel handle in refined shapes, this is how the passage areas are understood in our designs. The intercommunication of the spaces is sought, with which the doors go from floor to ceiling, allowing the rooms to flow and provide a feeling of scale and size that is superior to the standard.The doors are designed to be folding, due to their optimal operation and lack of adjustments or maintenance, although there is also the possibility in reduced space of installing sliding doors, which save space, although they have lower performance.BUILT-IN CABINETS ON CEILING. MAXIMUM CAPACITY The built-in wardrobes, fully assembled from the factory, are configured to have the maximum possible use of space, taking the doors from floor to ceiling and avoiding, also for aesthetics, the plinth and mezzanines. Visual purity is achieved with completely smooth folding doors, which facilitate access to the interior, and with a claw system to open them, which is solved with a discrete, fully integrated groove in the wood. Most of the rooms in the house are finished with paint, with three coats of primer and with the color chosen by the user, although white always predominates due to a style trend.In humid areas (kitchens, bathrooms and laundries) the use of materials that resist water is required by law. From our studio we bet on porcelain ceramics, perfectly aligned and without bevels, due to the wide range of finishes, colors and textures that it offers.Likewise, the current trend means that the layout of the tiling is focused only on the areas with the greatest risk of humidity or direct contact with water, reserving the rest of the vertical walls of the same cabin for plastic painting and thus lighten the space.

For this reason, they are perfect for use in elements that are going to be located in humid environments and, even more so, in direct contact with water, as in this case, in which they are used to create these corners.In the project, the team always tries to solve a bathroom with a bathtub due to the diversity of sensations when relaxing that we can offer.The aesthetic efforts to make the space as pure as possible cannot allow it to get dirty, that is why the screen is materialized with tempered safety glass and hidden profiles without any type of mechanisms, as long as the dimensions allow it.

ILLUMINATION Inhaus home lighting is delivered fully installed with the home and obviously in operation. Our houses are kept at a constant temperature around 18ºC day and night although the outside temperatures vary from -10 to +42ºC.The ideal percentage of relative humidity recommended for people inside the houses is set between 55 and 65. Our houses remain in that range, even with extreme outdoor humidity of 10% and reaching 93%.TIGHTNESS TESTS Each cover of each module of our system is tested against possible leaks. Until it passes the tests established in the UNE standards, the module is not considered suitable.ACOUSTIC TESTS We acoustically test our houses, in order to guarantee theoretical and actual compliance with existing regulations, but above all in order to guarantee comfort inside our houses. and in order to locate possible acoustic bridges or construction failures.
